On Saturday May 31st, the Virginia League of Conservation Voters will hold our annual “Evening Social.” Come join us and help the only statewide organization that “preserves Virginia’s natural landscape by changing Virginia’s political landscape.”

VALCV played a important and visable role in the 2007 state legislative elections, had a very scuccessful 2008 General Assembly session and plans to continue promoting conservation and smart growth policies across the Commonwealth. But we need your help. Your generous support ensures that we will have the resources to work towards a better, safer and healthier Virginia.

We also use this annual event to honor Virginia legislators who have demonstrated their commitment to conservation through their voting records.

This year’s event promises to be a fun and lively evening, at the idyllic Ayrshire Farm, located in Upperville – a working certified organic farm.  Along with lively music and fine foods at the cocktail buffet, we will hold a live auction of exclusive items.  A VIP reception begins at 6 p.m. with the main event beginning at 7 p.m.

There are several ways you can participate in this year’s Evening Social and support VALCV:

  • Benefactors contribute $10,000 and reserve a table for 10 for dinner and tickets to the VIP reception. Benefatcors also receive premiere listing on all event materials.
  • Patrons contribute $3,000 and are given 4 tickets to the VIP reception and the dinner. Patrons also are listed prominently in all event materials.
