- Alice J. says "The Domnion Electric power line proposal is one of the most threatening challenges we face. After huge effort to preserve and protect land in conservation easements with hopefully greater protections in the future, these towers will undermine past effort and future potential not to mention damage the beauty for tourists; land values for property owners and possible health risks for all.
"Allowing Dominion to build this corridor is not forward thinking. Let's spend this money wisely and look to the future for new and better ways to transmit electricty and in the meantime, promote the need for conservation. We all should be more aware of our actions and their ramifications."
